ST.LOUIS, MO. On a chilly spring weekend at the Bushyhead Track on the Washington University campus, Principia College Panthers threw and ran well. For some, it was their first spring meet and for others it was the second outdoor track and field meet of the season. Lyssa Winslow built moment from her Friday event in the hammer throw, where she landed a personal best throw of 44.72 meters, taking second place overall in the meet. Into Saturday, she made finals in the discus throw. She placed fourth overall with a 36.29-meter mark. And, in the shot put, she had her best event of the weekend winning with a new outdoor school record in 13.64 meters and winning that event for the Panthers!
