Winston-Salem, NC To a packed arena at the JDL Fast Track, senior Lyssa Winslow, indoor and outdoor school record-holder in the women's shot put focused on each aspect of her warmup and competitive efforts as she attempted to advance to the finals of the women's shot put at her first national championships track and field meet. "Today I completed my final indoor track meet and what a way to do it!, says Winslow. "I can't begin to express my gratitude for everything indoor track and field has given me! Having the opportunity to compete at nationals is something I will never forget and it is something I have been looking forward to for a long time!"
