GREENVILLE, ILL. The women's track and field team finally got another sunny day for competition at the new track and field complex on the Greenville College campus where they competed with a select number of institutions between Illinois and Missouri. Lyssa Winslow got started in the women's discus with a final throw of 120 feet, 11 inches. She continued the day in the hammer throw, just shy of sixth place with a best mark of 134 feet, 8 inches. For another big day, she concluded the day in the shot put with a mark of 38 feet, 2 inches. In other field action, Alaina Carlson had some good attempts at the high jump finishing with a best of 4 feet, 5 inches and then moved to the javelin throw where she had a best throw of 68 feet, 2 inches. Gabriela Schwenker also competed in the discus throw and got out a mark of 80 feet, 8 inches.
