Jacksonville, Ill. - Lyssa Winslow had a strong day in the women's hammer, shot and discus posting personal and season bests in all three events. Winslow finally threw over 40 feet in the shot, threw the hammer 126 feet, and tossed the disc for 144 feet. All in all, it was a great close to the regular season for Winslow. She will now enter the postseason part of the outdoor season where she will sharpen her skills for a strong finish in her sophomore year.
