On Saturday, September 19, the Men's and Women's Cross Country teams completed their traditional intra-squad Rio Run. Since we don't have official meets this year, we will give updates on team time trials and other intra-squad races this year. This was the 10th year of the Principia Cross Country Rio Run and it has turned into a nice tradition.
