Wilmington, OH - Sophomore Nate Richards ran a personal best in the 8000-meter collegiate race distance (24:34) to qualify as an individual out of the strong D3 Midwest region. He was joined by two-time cross country All-American assistant coach Wylie Mangelsdorf and head coach Chuck Wilcoxen, who is no stranger to the national championship meets having coached numerous men and women to this level of competition.
