ST. LOUIS, MO. - Overlooking the skyline and the arch, the men's and women's track and field team competed in the Friday-Saturday meet near the St. Louis University campus. On Friday, athletes ran on the track in the 1500-meter, 800-meter and 5000-meter runs. Emily Osborne ran an 18:46.07and teammate Shontee Pant finished with a time of 20:54.02 in their 5000-meter heats. Dani McKenzie had another fun run in the 800-meter run, crossing the line in 2:35.44, then ran in the 400-meter dash the next day in front of a much bigger crowd and dashed across the line in 64.46. Sarah Litwiller finished sixth overall in the 1500-meter run with a 4:53.01 and teammates Haley Morton and Abbie Steckler running in the same heat finished 5:55.16 and 6:11.25 respectively.
