JACKSONVILLE, ILL. Tess Rountree began in the women's high jump clearing 5 feet 1 inches for the day. She placed second overall. The women's mile started with Sarah Litwiller and Emily Osborne running in the first heat of the day. Litwiller ran a season best in the indoor mile of 5:17.97 with team captain Osborne trailing closely in 5:35.90. Shontee Pant and Kyla Pelletier both entered in the second heat of the one-mile run and worked their way up the field finishing in 5:59.88 and 5:55.16 respectively. A big group of teammates supported them as they all passed other competitors and crossed the finish line.
